English-born Ghanaian midfielder Tyrese Fornah is over the moon following his permanent move from Nottingham Forest to English League One side Derby County FC.
He eexcelled during his loan spell at the club and has subsequently been purchased on a permanent deal to the club.
“It feels really good to be here. I’m just over the moon to finally be a Derby player and I can’t wait to get started.”
“There was no apprehension about the move. For me this was an amazing opportunity and something that I can’t wait to get started with.”
“I had an amazing time with Forest, I’ve been there since I was 17 and come through the ranks before progressing into the first-team so for me it’s just about football and enjoying my football and being somewhere I’m appreciated. That’s the main thing for me.”
“I’ve grown as a person during them, that’s the most important thing as a young footballer. I’m still young, I’m only 23 but I feel very mature thanks to the experiences and I feel that this is the right time to express myself and spread my wings permanently.”
