Ernest Nuamah, the skilled Ghanaian youth, demonstrated his exceptional form once again this season by delivering a remarkable performance that aided FC Nordsjaelland in defeating Brondby 2-1.
The forward was a starter for his squad during the Round 24 match of the ongoing 2022/23 Danish Superliga season.
Ernest Nuamah had a good opportunity presented to him in the 12th minute following an excellent start to the game. He capitalized on it and fired a shot that penetrated the back of the Brondby net, giving FC Nordsjaelland the lead they deserved.
The 20-year-old Ghanaian was also involved in a build-up that led to Martine Frese scoring his team’s second goal in the 29th minute.
After comfortably leading at halftime, FC Nordsjaelland defended vigorously in the second half to preserve their lead.
Although Brondby managed to net a consolation goal through Ohi Omoijuanfo in the 76th minute, it was insufficient to prevent them from suffering a 2-1 loss to FC Nordsjaelland.
Ernest Nuamah’s goal in this match has taken his total to nine goals and four assists in 23 appearances in the Danish Superliga this season.
