Daniel Agyei, the Ghanaian forward, has been named the Player’s Player of the 2022-23 season at Crewe Alexandra FC, an English League Two side.
Agyei has had an outstanding season in League Two, scoring 16 goals and providing 4 assists in 45 games. He has been instrumental in Crewe Alexandra’s campaign, with the team currently sitting 13th on the league table with 57 points.
Agyei’s impressive performance earned him the Player’s Player award, voted by his teammates, for his immense contribution to the club’s success this season.
He joined Crewe on a permanent deal in January last year from Burnley and has since become a key member of the team.
Agyei had previously played on loan at Oxford United, Blackpool, Walsall, and Coventry City while at Burnley.
