Ghanaian international Prince Kwabena Adu made a significant impact in FC Kryvbas’ 2-1 defeat to Viktoria Plzen in the Europa League qualification match on Thursday night.
Adu scored a beautiful goal in the 20th minute, assisted by Cameroonian defender Ivan Dibango, to put Kryvbas ahead.
However, Viktoria Plzen rallied in the second half, scoring two goals to take the victory and leave Kryvbas with a daunting task to overcome the deficit in the second leg.
Despite being substituted in the 81st minute, Adu’s goal was a highlight of the match, showcasing his skill and talent on the pitch.
The Ghanaian forward will be looking to build on this performance as Kryvbas prepares to face Viktoria Plzen again in the second leg, hoping to turn the tide and progress further in the competition.
