Ghanaian rising star Eugene Amankwah has secured a move to Danish Division One side Aalborg BK, as confirmed by the club during the ongoing transfer window.
The 18-year-old left-back has inked a three-year contract with Aalborg BK following successful negotiations.
Eugene’s journey to the Danish team stems from his time at Ghanaian Division Two side Benab FC, although the specific transfer fee remains undisclosed.
Initially, Eugene is set to join the U19 squad, with the prospect of gradually earning opportunities to showcase his talents within the first team.
Transitioning from his previous club Benab FC, Eugene Amankwah will be integrated into Aalborg BK’s academy transition players group. This group primarily engages with the AaB Academy’s U/19 League team while also participating in training sessions with the first team.
Eugene has already represented Ghana’s U/23 national team twice and has earned three caps for his home country’s U/20 national team.
