Young Ghanaian forward Jayden Addai scored his first goal of the season for AZ Alkmaar in the UEFA Youth League at home on Wednesday evening.
The 17-year-old Ghana forward scored the last goal of the match to put the away team to the sword to progress to the next stage of the 2022-23 UEFA Youth League competition.
He scored from the spot on the 90th minute mark to hand the Red and Whites outfit a resounding 5-0 home win.
Mexx Meerdink scored the opening goal of the match to put the hosts 1-0 up as early as the third minute of the match with a sweet strike.
He scored again one minute after the half hour mark with a brilliant strike to make it 2-0 at half time for the home team.
Ernest Poku scored the third goal for the Red and Whites outfit as they whipped the Germany side 5-0 to progress to the next stage of the 2022-23 season before Meerdink grabbed his hat-trick.
Jayden Addai added the icing on the cake goal of the match to make it 5-0 at the end of the one-sided game.
