Former Ghana U17 forward Benjamin Nyarko’s brilliant solo strike for SV Lafnitz in the Austria 2. Liga, has been nominated for the Goal of the month award.
Nyarko, 20, is in competing with André Leipold (SV Lafnitz), Kilian Bauernfeind (SV Horn) and Paolino Bertaccini (FAC) to win the prestigious award in the league for the month of March.
The Ghanaian international scored the nice solo goal when his side SV Lafnitz defeated SW Bregenz 3-0 on 30th March, 2024.
Nyarko who sometimes, can also be deployed as a striker, netted his team’s third goal in the 78th minute mark of the game to seal an emphatic for them.

So far this season, Benjamin Nyarko has netted once and also provided two assists in 10 caps for SV Lafnitz.
