Ghanaian youngster Kwame Peprah has been nominated for the Premier Soccer League Young Player of the Season award in South Africa.
The former Kumasi King Faisal FC captain has had a breakthrough season in the South Africa top-flight league since his move to the club in the summer.
He has banged in five goals in 21 league matches this season for his club Orlando Pirates FC in his first season in South Africa after joining from King Faisal following an impressive season in Ghana.
Peprah has also scored two goals and provided one assist in 10 games in the ongoing CAF Confederation Cup competition for his team.
Peprah has been a pivot and a consistent performer leading the lines for his team and helping them reach the final of the 2022 CAF Confederation which will be played on Friday.
The 21-year-old Ghanaian attacker has seven goals this season in all competitions for the Bucs and could end the season as the Best Young Player in the South Africa Premier League.
