Black Stars forward, Felix Afena-Gyan, has expressed his gratitude to AS Roma ahead of his imminent move to the newly-promoted side, Cremonese.
Afena-Gyan joined Roma in 2021 playing for the youth team before the forward was then promoted to the first team.
The youngster scored two goals last season for Jose Mourinho’s side and earned a call-up to the Black Stars.
However, with game time important for him ahead of potentially making the Black Stars squad for the 2022 FIFA World Cup, the player is set to join Cremonese.
Afena-Gyan had his medicals over the weekend of the completion of the deal.
With an official announcement still to come, the player has taken to social media to bid Roma a goodbye.
