Ghanaian striker Dauda Mohammed has signed for Spanish side Tenerife on loan from Anderlecht for the 2022/23 season.
The two clubs have agreed to include an option to buy after the loan spell ends in June 2023.
The former Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC player successfully passed his medical on Thursday.
The 24-year-old spent last season on loan at Cartagena and was one of their best players.
This is the striker’s fourth loan spell since 2019. In the past three seasons, he has played for Vitesse, Esberg fB and Cartagena all on loan from Anderlecht.
He played for Asante Kotoko in 2017, but has struggled to break into the first team and establish himself as a regular, resulting in the loan spells.
Dauda’s contract with Anderlecht expires in a year. A one-year extension option is also included in the contract.
