Osman Bukari, the talented winger for the Black Stars, has been honored with the Player of the Month award for April in Serbia. This recognition comes after his outstanding performances that helped Red Star Belgrade secure the league title.
As part of his accolade, Bukari received a prize of 100,000 dinars, equivalent to $1000. In a truly selfless act, he has decided to donate this prize money to support the treatment of Ana Vukadinović, a Belgrade resident suffering from the rare skin disease called epidermolysis bullosa.
Ana, a devoted fan of Red Star, faces immense challenges due to the delicate nature of her skin, which is easily damaged by the slightest touch.
Bukari’s remarkable achievements during April, including scoring four goals and providing an assist in five games, contributed significantly to his recognition as the top player of the month.
Since joining Red Star last summer, he has been an integral part of their unbeaten run in the league, culminating in their successful defense of the title.
Furthermore, Red Star’s manager, Milos Milojevic, was also honored as the Coach of the Month for April. Under his guidance, the team secured four victories and a draw, further solidifying their dominance in the league.
