Experienced Ghana midfielder Gladson Awako has left Ghana Premier League giant Accra Hearts of Oak SC amid interest from rival club Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC, according to reports.
The versatile player has mutually agreed with the club to part ways after two seasons with the former continental champions.
During his two-year stint at the club, the former TP Mazembe player helped the Phobians to left the 2021-22 MTN FA CUP trophy and the 2022 President’s Cup.
According to information available to Sportsworldghana.com, Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC are interested in signing the midfielder ahead of the 2023-24 campaign.
