Ghanaian defender Caleb Amankwah has spoken about his decision not to leave Premier League giant Accra Hearts of Oak SC for free this summer.
According to him, it will be bad to leave the club for free because he’s been helped a lot by the 2020-21 Ghana Premier League winners and the most successful MTN FA CUP team.
He revealed that he’s currently in negotiating with the club to renew his deal before a move away for the club to also benefit from his sale in the near future.
“At the moment, we are in negotiations with the club. Going as a free agent will be bad because the club has helped me a lot. So, we are engaging with the club to take the best of decisions” he said on Kessben FM.
The 25-year-old joined the Phobians from Aduana Stars in 2021 and became one of the most established players at the club and was a key member for the team in the past two and half years.
