Bibiani Gold Stars bounced back from their 5-0 humiliation suffered against Asante Kotoko to narrowly defeat Elmina Sharks on Sunday during Week 21 of the Ghana Premier League.
Godfred Kyei scored the only goal of the game in the 40th minute as the home team made it four home wins in a row.
The Premier League debutantes are at respectable 11th position on the league standings on 26 points from 21 games.
Meanwhile Sharks remained rooted at the bottom of the league log.
