Ghana’s Black Stars forward Antoine Semenyo has finally started training English Premier League side AFC Bournemouth.
The player who formerly played for Bristols City FC joined the Cherries training camp ahead of the 2023-24 campaign after recovering from an injury that has kept him out for two months.
He sustained a knock before the Red and Blacks Premier League game against Jordan Ayew’s Crystal Palace in May which kept him out till today.
The 23-year-old started personal training a week ago and finally joined his teammates for training this week as he prepares for his second but full campaign with the club.
He’s set to miss the clash with Kamaldeen Sulemana’s Southampton FC in their pre-season friendly on Tuesday.
The Ghanaian international is expected to be part of the team’s pre-season friendly games which will take place on Saturday July 29, against Atalanta and on August 5, against Lorient.
