Ghana right-back Tariq Lamptey is set to play in Ghana for the first time on 23rd March 2023 at the Kumasi Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
He will get the chance to play in front of the home fans for the first time when Ghana takes on Angola in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier.
He picked up an injury in Brighton and Hove Albion FC game and many feared would miss the game against the South African country.
He played at the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament in Qatar for Ghana’s Black Stars when the exited the competition at the group stages.
