The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has appointed referee Abdul Latif-Adaari to officiate the Ghana Premier League big match between Nations FC and Asante Kotoko SC which comes off this weekend at Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
Nations FC FC who have closed the gap to FC Samartex at the top of the Premier League to just two points with a narrow victory over Dreams FC will face the Porcupine Warriors who have struggled to record victory in their last four league games.
Assisting Latif Adaari in the sidelines, will be Kwesi Brobbey and Roland Addy with Charles Bulu as the fourth referee. Meanwhile, Thomas Nunoo, will act as the Match Commission for the match.
Coach Kasim Mingle’s team have been impressive in recent weeks after picking three wins, one draw and one loss in their last Premier League games, while, Dreams FC had to work their sox off for their first win in three games following back to back draws against Accra Hearts of Oak and FC Samartex 1996.
The Premier League debutants hope to deepen Kotoko’s woes as Dr. Ogum’s side also anticipate to resurrect their sinking form and return to winning ways in what promises to be a thrilling fixture.
