The Porcupine Warriors were defeated 1-0 at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium by the Pride of Kpando to hand the Reds their home defeat.
Former Hearts of Oak SC forward Kwadwo Obeng Jnr scored the only goal of the match to put the visitors 1-0 up after 28 of the encounter.
Kotoko failed to get the equalizer against the visitors as they sucumbed to defeat at home for the first time in the 2024-25 Ghana Premier season.
Kotoko suffered defeat on the road last Wednesday at the Legon Park against Legon Cities FC.
