Accra Lions was almost perfect on Saturday afternoon at the Accra Sports Stadium as they pulverised Bechem United 3-0.
It was a smooth afternoon for Ibrahim Tanko’s charges as they dominated all departments and thrashed Bechem United.
18-year-old Dominic Amponsah opened the scoring in the 14th minute. His goal was enough to give Accra Lions a first-half lead over Bechem United who looked so flat on the day.
In the second half, Mohammed Yahaya scored his 6th goal of the season by scoring in the 72nd minute to put the game beyond Bechem United’s reach.
Daniel Kwame Awuni rounded off a great afternoon for Accra Lions to make the score 3-0.
Accra Lions sits 4th on the league log after playing 31 matches having won 47 points.
Bechem United on the other hand are 7th on the table with 44 points after playing 31 games.
