The draw halted Asante Kotoko’s impressive four-game winning streak in the league, showcasing the resilience of the Dade Boys. Despite the stalemate, Prosper Ogum’s Great Olympics remains in the seventh position on the league table with 23 points.
Annor Walker’s Asante Kotoko, on the other hand, experienced a slight climb from the 12th to the 10th position, now holding 17 points.
The match saw both teams creating substantial chances in both halves, but neither side managed to find the back of the net.
Great Olympics is set to face Hearts of Oak at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on match week 16, just two days before Christmas.
Asante Kotoko, after playing their last two games at home as the away team, will host Real Tamale United on December 31, aiming to strengthen their position before the conclusion of the first round.
