Nations FC had a convincing victory over Berekum Chelsea at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex during their matchday 22 premier league fixture on Sunday, March 17, 2024.
Asamoah Boateng’s two goals and a goal from Bismark Oppong ensured that the debutants in the top flight returned to winning ways after their loss to Legon Cities on matchday 21. The first half seemed to be heading towards a goalless draw, but Boateng broke the deadlock just before halftime.
In the second half, Nations FC dominated the game. Oppong scored on the 71st minute, doubling their lead. Boateng completed his brace by scoring his second goal with just 9 minutes left in the game.
