The local-based striker came from the bench in the second half to take the place of Richmond Boakye Yiadom who was a mere passenger in the game.
Abbey Quaye nearly scored on his debut as he closed down the Algerian goalkeeper inside the box only for the goalkeeper’s clearance to come off his head going just wide.
There was glimpses of brilliance shown from the young chap throughout his time spent on the field.
Ghana were battered by the Algerians by a whopping 3-0 scoreline.
