Ghanaian young forward Kwame Poku Adubofour is on cloud nine after netting Peterborough United FC winner at Oxford United FC on Saturday.

The 21-year-old left-footed attacker was a delight to watch for the Blue and Whites outfit as they beat the Black and Yellows outfit on the road in the English League One.

Jack Taylor gave Peterborough United the lead as early as the seventh minute mark with a fine finish to unsettle the home team and give his team a perfect start to the match.

Ephron Mason-Clark, the provider of the first goal was once again involved in the second as he teed up the Ghanaian forward to score Peterborough’s second after 30 minutes.

Opoku struck the ball well from outside of the box into the bottom left corner with his left foot after he was nicely set up by Ephron to make it 2-0 at half time.

Billy Bodin in the second half of the match reduced the deficit to one early after the break but his goal wasn’t enough as Peterborough won 2-1 on the road.

The 21-year-old left-footed Ghanaian young forward has two goals and two assists in eight matches this season in the English League One.

“Thanks Peterborough United fans for your support, I’m happy to get a goal and three points today, on the the next game on Tuesday”, he said in a video.
