Hasaacas Ladies have made a significant addition to their squad by signing Ghanaian female football sensation Abdulai Mukarama.
The 20-year-old has agreed to join the Ghana Women’s Premier League giants for the duration of the 2024/25 season, returning to Ghana after completing her education in the United States and a brief stint in Spain with Deportivo Alaves.
In an official statement, the club expressed their delight in welcoming Mukarama Abdulai, a Ghanaian international striker, to Hasaacas Ladies Football Club. She has signed a contract that will keep her with the team until the end of the 2024/25 football season.
Mukarama Abdulai gained widespread recognition in 2018 when she led the Black Maidens to the quarter-finals of the FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup in Uruguay. She has also been prolific in front of goal, scoring a total of 21 goals for both the U17 and U20 national teams of Ghana.
This signing is a significant coup for Hasaacas Ladies as they aim to reclaim the Women’s Premier League title, which they lost to Ampem Darkoa Ladies.
