Former goal king of Ghana Premier League, Prince Tagoe has opened up on his critical health issue which could have marred his football carrier.
After the Ghanaian international signed for Hoffenheim from Arabian club Ettifaq, his contract later became a tussle due to a purported failed medical condition relating to his heart.
The prince of goals as affectionately called has shed light on what happened to him at Hoffenheim and the clubs medical team.
“I nearly missed the world cup due to medical test that they said I have a heart problem it became out that it was not true that was when my license was release to me” Prince Tagoe noted.
The former Hearts of Oak man dispelled any allegation regarding his health issue as he became an Instant hit after his loan move from the German side to Partisan Belgrade when he scored 9 goals from 15 games and won the double (the Serbian League and FA Cup)
It will be recalled that former Ghanaian international, Raphael Dwamena died of a heart related condition on the pitch last month in the Albanian topflight.
