Accra Hearts of Oak defender, Ovouka Raddy Hokemba was in full action as the Republic of Congo Defeated Niger by a single goal in an international friendly game.
The Left back was impressive throughout the game as he helped to tame the striking force of the Nigeriens. Raddy Ovouka’s compatriot in the Ghana Premier League, Victorien Adebayor sat on the bench in the friendly game played at the Emirhan Sports Centre in Turkey.
Victorien Adebayor last played for Niger when they drew with Madasgacar away in the AFCON qualifiers.
Both players have endured mixed fortunes in the Ghana premier League. The Hearts of Oak defender has been very impressive this campaign and also irreplaceable in the Phobian set-up, however, Victorien Adebayor is yet to glitter on his return to the premier league from Koge in Denmark.
The Phobians will hope their dependable player will return in time to feature in their all-important game against Medeama this weekend .
