According to Ghanasportspage sources, Hearts of Oak Football Club has proposed a contract extension to Kwadwo Obeng Junior, whose current deal with the team ends at the conclusion of this season.
The 23-year-old striker has not yet responded to the proposal, and Hearts of Oak is waiting for his decision.
Obeng will meet with his manager to discuss whether to extend his contract or leave the team on a free transfer when his current contract ends this summer.
There are reports that he has attracted interest from a Swedish club, but if Hearts of Oak fails to extend his contract, he will leave the team as a free agent.
Obeng joined Hearts of Oak from Nea Salamina in 2018, having scored 13 goals in the Division One League and three goals in the MTN FA Cup.
