In an interview with Sports Obama TV, Afena-Gyan revealed that Mourinho, whom he considers to be a special individual, has continued to stay in touch with him, showing genuine concern for his well-being.

“Mourinho is a special man. He teaches you. He’s a good teacher. I still talk to him,” the striker said.
