To keep their Premier League title hopes alive, Hearts of Oak secured a 2-1 victory over Nsoatreman.

After an early period of dominance, the Phobians broke the deadlock in the 15th minute when Philip Ofori headed a free-kick from Linda Mtanage into his own net.

In the 66th minute, Hearts of Oak doubled their lead with a fantastic counterattack that culminated in a beautiful finish by Amankwaah Baafi inside the box.

Two minutes later, Nsoatreman’s Samuel Ofori combined with Kwame Junior Nana to reduce the deficit and give them hope of a comeback, but Hearts of Oak held on to win the match 2-1.
