Asante Kotoko’s Brands and Commercial Manager, Kennedy Boakye-Ansah, has shared his belief in his team’s chances of defeating Asante Kotoko.
The Premier League newcomers will host the Porcupine Warriors at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex on Sunday as part of the matchday six fixtures.
Boakye-Ansah, formerly the Communications Manager of Kotoko, acknowledged that the Reds are a prominent club that deserves respect. However, he expressed his confidence that Nations FC would secure all three points in the match.
“Asante Kotoko is a big club and we respect them but we are going all out and I am confident we will beat them at the end of the game,” he told Kumasi-based Nhyira FM.
After playing four games, Nations FC currently occupies the 14th position in the league table with just four points.
Coach Kasim Mingle and his team have registered one win, one draw, and two losses, with one match still to be played against Medeama SC.
