Alhaji Grusah has made explosive allegations of match-fixing in the Ghana Premier League, claiming to possess concrete evidence of rigged games and vowing to expose those responsible.
The integrity of the league has been called into question for years due to persistent rumors of match-fixing, and Grusah’s comments reignite those concerns.
In an interview with Asempa FM, Grusah revealed that he has proof of several manipulated matches. “This season’s league is very bad,” Grusah stated. “I have evidence of fixed games in the Ghana Premier League, and some clubs involved have already started begging. I have evidence of three or four fixed matches.”
Known for his bold remarks, Grusah called for an independent inquiry into the allegations. “I want an independent observer or body to give the final judgment,” he said.
While Grusah refrained from naming the clubs or providing specific details of the matches in question, his claims are sure to spark a wider conversation about the integrity of the league.
