Barcelona defender Dani Alves, 38, wants Lionel Messi to return to the club.
Messi has not really settled in France and many have predicted the Argentine play-maker would leave the Ligue 1 at the end of the season.
President of Barcelona Joan Laporta recently shelved any idea of bringing their greatest player of all time back to the side but Alves has other wishes.
“I don’t know what he thinks or what he wants to do. I insist again, Leo should come back for one last dance with me.” Alves told Diario Sport.
“Why not. There is no better place than here. He’s gone, he’s tried something different and it’s time to go home if he wants to,” explained Dani Alves.
