Newly found Ghanaian striker, Antoine Semenyo is hoping for more game time with the Black Stars in the upcoming 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers in June for Ivory Coast.
The Bristol City FC forward is itching to establish himself to the Ghana fans and coach alike when he gets the chance to represent Ghana at the senior level in the summer this year.
According to him, he’s yet to establish himself to the Ghana fans and coach so he want to play as many games so he can show the people what I can do.
“I haven’t established myself to the Ghana fans and coach so I want to play as many games so I can show the people what I can do – Antonio Serlom Semenyo of Bristol City on Happy FM.
The 22-year-old Ghanaian forward has scored eight goals and provided 12 assists this season in the English Championship for Bristol City FC.
He could’ve made his debut for Ghana against the Super Eagles of Nigeria in the 2022 World Cup playoff but picked up injury which kept him out of the match.
He’s hoping to play for Ghana soon in the Côte d’Ivoire 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers and later at the World Cup in Qatar.
