New Ghana striker, Antoine Semenyo believes he’s ready physically, and mentally to play on the African continent for the Black Stars when given the chance.
He stated that he is hoping to come for the qualifiers in June when Ghana takes on Madagascar and Central Africa Republic next month for a place in the next AFCON tournament in Ivory Coast.
According to him, he has followed the Black Stars all his life and always follow the AFCON qualifiers.
“I have followed the Black Stars all my life. I always follow the AFCON qualifiers.” he told Accra-based Happy FM in an exclusive interview.
“I am hoping to come for the qualifiers in June. I am ready physically, and mentally to play on the African continent”
He was invited by head coach Otto Addo for the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers against the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
The 22-year-old Ghanaian forward has eight goals and 12 assists in the English Championship.
