Ghanaian youngster, Lawrence Agyekum, says his next target after he has finished his business at Red Bull Salzburg will be to play for German side Borussia Dortmund.

According to him, he grew up developing love for the Black and Yellows and would love an opportunity to play in the Bundesliga with them.

Agyekum only joined Salzburg in February 2022 from WAFA but has since seen a sharp rise in his start to life in Austria where his loan to Liefering was cut short to enable him return to the first team.

Despite only in his early days, the 19-year-old says a move to Dortmund is one he priotises.

“The first goal is to play in the Champions League and make a name for myself and help my team win trophies,” he told 3 Sports.

“I really want to play in the German league [and] my next team hopefully should be Borussia Dortmund.”

The midfielder is hopeful of continuing his development in the second half of the season.
