Young forward Baba Hamadu Musah has expressed his determination to continue scoring goals for Samartex in the Ghana Premier League.
The 21-year-old striker, who recently joined the Premier League club from Skyy FC at the start of the season, has quickly made an impact for his new team.
Musah was instrumental in Samartex’s impressive 4-1 victory over Bechem United at the Nsenkyire Sports Complex, scoring two goals during the match. His goals came in the 74th minute and just two minutes later, showcasing his scoring prowess.
Following the game, Musah shared his ambition to contribute more goals to the club during the ongoing season. He expressed his satisfaction with his two-goal performance and emphasized that Samartex signed him because of his proven ability to find the back of the net.
“I’m glad with the two goals. Samartex brought me here because of my proven track record of scoring. I want to score more goals for the club,” he said in a post-match interview.
Musah’s transfer to Samartex from the second-tier side Skyy FC was prompted by his outstanding performance in the Division One League in the previous season.
