Former Ghana captain Asamoah Gyan believes he’s gifted and therefore do anything at all on the field provided he’s fit and in good shape.
He compared his current situ to that of African legend Roger Milla who played at the 1992 FIFA World Cup tournament aged 42 for the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon.
He was however quick to acknowledge that if he could be Ghana’s Version of Roger Milla, it will take hard work and all depends on him now.
He said he would have to be fit physically, but thinks he’s naturally gifted and can do anything on the field but physically but doesn’t think he’s am ready.
“It is possible looking at the Roger Milla and what happened, but the most important thing is I think it will all depend on me.
“I have to be fit physically, I think I am naturally gifted and I can do anything on the field but physically I don’t think I am ready”,
He’s the all time top scorer for Ghana and has played in all three FIFA World Cup tournaments Ghana has taken part between 2006 and 2014.
Asamoah Gyan is also the all time Africa top scorer in the history of the FIFA World Cup competition.
