The National Sports Authority (NSA) has lackadaisical see to the destruction of the newly rehabilitated Accra Sports Stadium pitch.
The pitch is deteriorating after the venue was handed over to organizers of the ‘No-Show’ Wizkid concert last weekend in Accra.
NSA failed to cover the pitch and left the bare grass to be walked on by fans of the Nigeria musician who trooped to watch the star perform live.
The artist didn’t even show up at the event for the poorly organized program at the nation’s stadium for football and other sporting activities.

Clubs like Accra Hearts of Oak SC, Accra Lions FC and Accra Great Olympics FC must all find a new venue for their games after the NSA’s decision to close down the facility to rent it out for Christmas Festivities.
