Athletic Bilbao forward Nico Williams says he and his senior brother made their decisions in a thoughtful way.

The younger brother of the Ghana International says it was a natural decision as he believes both took their path on their decision to play for Ghana and Spain respectively.

“It was a natural decision, each one took their path and made their decision in a thoughtful way,” Nico said, as quoted by Joy Sports.

“I am very happy that my brother is in Ghana, I wish him things to go well, that he can have a great World Cup and achieve the highest goals.”

The young forward recently made his Spain debut in the UEFA Nations League as Spain booked a place in the semi-final of the competition.

His big brother, Inaki Williams on the other hand played his first game for Ghana against the Selacao of Brazil last Friday evening in France.
