Veteran Football administrator Fred Pappoe has described the 2022-23 Ghana Premier League season as an interesting league season.
He says the league was very competitive throughout the season up to the very last day of the campaign as one couldn’t know who was winning the title.
He also stated that there were one or two problems here and there but in all believes there were few cases of hooliganism.
“It was an interesting league season if you look it was very competitive all the way up till the last day. You couldn’t really know who was winning and who was losing so I think the level of competition was ok,” Pappoe told Peace FM.
“Of course, there were one or two problems here and there but overall, I think there were fewer problems of cases of hooliganism and the rest as compared to other years. I think it was a good season.”
Medeama SC won their first ever Ghana Premier League trophy on the final day against Tamale City FC.
