Nations FC top defender Razak Simpson has finally broken his silence after being linked with a move to Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak.
Simpson, who emerged as one of the best defenders in the recently concluded Ghana Premier League campaign, was a standout performer for Nations FC, who finished seventh in their debut appearances in the Ghanaian top-flight.
The 26-year-old defender has been linked with a move to both Kotoko and Hearts of Oak due to his impressive performance last season, but he has now spoken out about the transfer rumors.
“Both Kotoko and Hearts of Oak are top clubs. They are traditional clubs and it will be a dream for every footballer in Ghana to play these clubs, so let see” he told Kessben FM.
Simpson’s comments have sparked speculation about a potential move to either Kotoko or Hearts of Oak, but for now, he remains with Nations FC. The club has already commenced preparation for the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League campaign next month.
