Palermo FC has made a significant move in the transfer market by announcing the signing of talented Ghanaian winger Stredair Appuah on a five-year deal from French Ligue 1 side FC Nantes.
The 20-year-old left-footed winger had been in high demand, with Italian side Venezia and English Championship club Burnley also showing interest in his services.
According to the official club website, Palermo FC has acquired the sporting performances of Appuah from FC Nantes, with the player moving permanently to the Viale del Fante Club until June 30th, 2029.
The young winger was welcomed to Palermo by the City Football Group, president Mirri, and the entire Rosanero family.
Born and raised in Paris to Ghanaian parents, Appuah is eligible to play for Ghana on the international stage, having not been capped by the French senior national team.
