The head coach of Nations Football Club, Kasim Mingle Ocansey, has declared that his team is determined to fight for the Ghana Premier League title until the final whistle of the season.
Coach Mingle made this assertion on Friday afternoon following his team’s 1-0 victory over Accra Lions in their Week 30 clash.
Speaking to StarTimes, Coach Mingle emphasized that Nations FC will strive for every available point in their remaining matches to secure the championship.
“We have 15 points left, and the team leading has a seven-point advantage, so it’s not over until it’s over,” the Nations FC coach stated.
With their recent win over Accra Lions, Nations FC remains second on the league table, now just four points behind league leaders Samartex FC.
Looking ahead, Coach Mingle and his squad will face Aduana Stars in Week 31, a match he anticipates will be highly competitive.
“It’s going to be an interesting game. Very interesting. We take it match after match, so when we get to that match, we will talk about it,” Coach Mingle commented after the win over Accra Lions.
