Ghanaian young forward Abdul Fatawu Issahaku has expressed how it feels like to play for English Championship side Leicester City FC.
The former Steadfast FC attacker revealed that he was extremely delighted to be contacted by the Foxes to Don the famous Blue jersey at the King Power Stadium.
“Their journey is to go back to the Premier League. That’s a big opportunity for me to help,” he said.
“For me [joining] Leicester is a big achievement. When I heard they were interested, I was so happy because it’s been my dream to play in England,” stated Fatawu in an interview with BBC Radio Leicester.
He joined the club on a season long loan deal from Sporting CP Lisbon from Portugal till the end of the 2023-24 campaign.
