A number of Crystal Palace supporters have slammed Ghana International Jordan Ayew’s performance in his side’s Premier League clash away to Manchester United.
The Eagles were back in Premier League action on Sunday afternoon, looking to bounce back from their midweek heartache away to Leeds United.
Patrick Vieira’s side were beaten 1-0 at the death by the Whites at Elland Road and the hope was that they would respond against United at Old Trafford.
It was always going to be a tough afternoon for Palace, however, with Ralf Rangnick taking charge of his first match as Red Devils manager, following the recent exit of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
One player who struggled throughout the game for the Eagles according to some was Ayew, with the forward not having a big enough impact in the final third.
The fans took to Twitter to lay into Ayew’s display against United, with many tired of seeing him in an Eagles shirt.
