Ghana’s Black Stars star player Kudus Mohammed has landed in Black Stars camp for the upcoming 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against the Central Africa Republic.
Spain-based Ghana defender who plays for Celta Vigo has also arrived safely in the country to join the team as they prepare for the crucial Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
Edmund Addo was the first to arrive, followed by curent first choice goalkeeper Ati Zigi before the arrival of starboy Mohammed Kudus.
Nicholas Opoku, Gideon Mensah, Antoine Semenyo and Osman Bukari were next to touch down at the Black Stars hotel in Accra today as the team opens camping.
The only local player in the squad, Jonathan Sowah has also reported to the Black Stars camp. The in-form attacker joins after scoring two goals for Medeama last night against Dreams FC in the Ghana Super Cup.
Ghana captain Andre Ayew, Baba Idrissu and Joseph Aidoo have all landed safely at the team’s camp. Ten players have reported to the Black Stars camp so far.
The game will kick off at 4pm on Thursday at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.
