Aidoo will return to Spain for further assessment by the Celta Vigo medical team and he will be replaced in camp by Medeama SC defender, Abdul Fatawu Hamidu.
The Black Stars on Tuesday, October 17, will play another friendly game against the United States of America at the at the GEODIS Park.
