Julius Ben Emunah has pledged his full support to the playing body of Accra Hearts of Oak, promising to stand firmly with them as they strive for success in the Ghana Premier League.
The newly appointed Managing Director made the assurance during his first official interaction with the squad at the club’s Kpobiman Training Centre, following his unveiling earlier this week.
Julius Ben Emunah indicated that his background in football gives him a deep understanding of the demands of the game and the sacrifices required to succeed. He noted that Hearts of Oak’s rich history rewards commitment and dedication, adding that players who serve the club wholeheartedly often reap positive outcomes in their careers.
The Managing Director officially takes over from Dr. Delali Anku-Adiamah, whose contract ended last month. His appointment comes at a crucial time, as the Phobians intensify preparations for their Ghana Premier League Matchday 22 clash against rivals Asante Kotoko at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
Julius Ben Emunah brings vast experience to the role, having previously spent several years with the Ghana Football Association in key administrative positions, including club licensing, safety, and security. He has also worked extensively in regional football administration and contributed to several Confederation of African Football competitions.
His appointment is expected to strengthen Hearts of Oak’s management structure as the club pushes for improved performance both on and off the pitch.
