Burton Albion have signed Kain Adom from National League side Gateshead for an undisclosed fee.

The 24-year-old joins the Brewers on an 18-month contract, with an optional year extension.

He will take the number 29 shirt and is eligible for the Emirates FA Cup fixture on Saturday, due to a Football Association rule change allowing players to represent two teams in one season.
