Karela United came back from a goal down to defeat Ashanti Gold by 2-1 on Sunday afternoon during Week 19 of the Ghana Premier League.
Eric Esso put the Miners ahead after 21 minutes but former Kotoko winger Kevin Andoh scored twice to win the game for the home team.
Andoh – who won the league with Legon Cities / Wa All Stars in 2016 – netted in the 40th and 60th minutes,
Karela move up the league standings to the 7th position on 28 points whilst the Miners continue to struggle after losing a third match in four outings.
